BD VACUTAINER K3EDTA 4ml Complete Blood Count Tubes

EDTA salts act as an anticoagulant for whole blood intended for hematology testing (EDTA is very effective at preserving blood's cellular components). EDTA prevents clotting by forming complexes with metal ions such as calcium, and as a result, inhibits the coagulation cascade. The anticoagulant effect of EDTA is irreversible.
