Information on how the e-commerce service meets accessibility requirements.
Service to which the information relates:
Online store at https://medimall.pl, enabling online purchases of goods and digital content or digital services (hereinafter "Online Store").
Service Provider:
Piotr Hoffman, conducting business under the name PIOTR HOFFMAN, partner in the civil partnership HAMED, with its registered office at: ul. Migdałowa 31, 02-796 Warsaw; Andrzej Hoffman, conducting business under the name ANDRZEJ HOFFMAN, partner in the civil partnership HAMED, with its registered office at: ul. Migdałowa 31, 02-796 Warsaw; Magdalena Hoffman, conducting business activity under the name MAGDALENA HOFFMAN, partner of the civil partnership HAMED, with its registered office at: ul. Migdałowa 31, 02-796 Warsaw, operating jointly as a civil law partnership under the name Hamed S.C. with its registered office at Migdałowa 31, 02-796 Warsaw.
Assessment of the service accessibility status:
We make every effort to ensure that our Online Store website complies with the requirements of the Act of April 26, 2024, on ensuring that business entities meet the accessibility requirements for certain products and services.
We are taking steps to adapt the Online Store to the requirements of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 standard at level AA.
For this purpose, the following has been implemented in particular:
- The ability to activate the function Store and making purchases via keyboard;
- Store compatibility with assistive tools (e.g., screen reader);
- Legible fonts and the ability to enlarge text without losing content and functionality;
- Appropriate spacing between letters, lines, and paragraphs;
- Logical and clear heading structure.
Elements of the Online Store not fully adapted to accessibility requirements:
- Text descriptions for important non-text content in the Store have not been fully implemented - the Service Provider declares that they will be implemented by
- The Service Provider does not ensure compliance with accessibility requirements with respect to content that may appear in the Online Store but is not financed or created by the Service Provider and is not under its control. This may apply in particular to maps provided by external entities (postal operators, courier companies) and used to select the pickup point for the order, as well as interfaces provided by payment service providers.
Reporting comments regarding accessibility obstacles, complaints:
Any comments regarding the accessibility of the Online Store, including complaints regarding the lack of full accessibility of the Store, can be reported:
