We are currently looking for:
Office Worker / Salesperson / Invoicing Clerk
Workplace: Piaseczno near Warsaw
Responsibilities:
- Accepting orders placed by phone or electronically (e-mail),
- Operating the VAT invoicing program: issuing VAT sales invoices, entering VAT purchase invoices, adding and removing products to (from) records,
- Controlling inventory levels,
- Receiving customer complaints,
- Submitting complaints to suppliers in the event of discrepancies between the purchase invoice and the goods received, or discrepancies between the purchase price and the previously agreed price.
Requirements:
- Computer skills,
- Willingness to work, reliability and conscientiousness,
- Ability to use the Wapro Mag (WF-Mag) program is a plus.
