Description

VACUETTE® Test Tubes ref. 455092

Plastic tubes with factory preset vacuum allowing for accurate volume collection. Color-coded VACUETTE® Safety Cap closures are included. Used for blood collection for biochemical tests, these tubes are coated on the inner walls with microscopic silica (silicon dioxide) particles to accelerate coagulation. The particle coating activates the coagulation process immediately after mixing the collected material in the tube. The advantage of this product is its usability over a wide range of temperatures, rapid coagulation (less than 10 min), meeting the requirements for quick clinical tests and emergency care.
