Description
VACUETTE® Tubes ref. 455092
Plastic tubes with a factory-set vacuum allowing for accurate volume collection. They come with color-coded caps VACUETTE® Safety Cap. Used for blood collection for biochemical tests, they are coated on the inner walls with microscopic particles of silica (silicon dioxide) to accelerate coagulation. The coating of particles activates the coagulation process immediately after the collected material is mixed in the tube. The advantage of this product is its usability over a wide range of temperatures, rapid coagulation (less than 10 min), meeting the requirements for rapid clinical testing and emergency services.
