Description
Atrauman AG Silver Dressing 10x10cm (1 PIECE)
The hydrophobic polyamide mesh, which forms the carrier material of the dressing, is coated with silver and impregnated with a neutral fat ointment (petroleum jelly-free). After wound secretions have drained, the dressing releases silver ions with bactericidal properties. Atrauman Ag combats gram-negative and gram-positive bacteria (including MRSA strains). Thanks to the use of appropriate materials, the dressing does not stick to the wound, making changing it painless. The ointment nourishes the wound edges and ensures their elasticity. It is characterized by a high degree of permeability to air and water vapor, as well as to wound secretions. When changing the dressing, no difficult-to-remove ointment residue remains on the wound. It is non-allergenic. Maintains antibacterial effect for up to 7 days.
