BD VENFLON 1.7 x 45 mm 16G Intravenous Cannula with INSTAFLASH Needle - 1 PIECE
The BD VENFLON is equipped with a back-cut needle and a conical cannula tip. This design allows for easier insertion and minimizes the risk of vein damage. The cannula wings are positioned to prevent direct contact between the cap and the skin, reducing the risk of microbial contamination. The wings can be secured with dedicated tapes (veneers) under the cannula, immobilizing the cannula and allowing it to remain safely within the vein. The cannula is compatible with Luer-Lok (Lock) tips. The improved needle (INSTAFLASH technology) improves the success of the first puncture attempt and provides quick visual feedback on successful insertion.
