Description
BD VENFLON 0.8 x 25 mm 22G Intravenous Cannula with INSTAFLASH Needle
The BD VENFLON is equipped with a back-cut needle and a conical cannula tip. This design allows for easier insertion and minimizes the risk of vein damage. The cannula wings are positioned to prevent direct contact between the attachment and the skin, reducing the risk of microbiological contamination. The wings can be covered with dedicated tapes (veneers) under the cannula, thus immobilizing the cannula and allowing it to remain safely within the vein. The cannula is compatible with Luer-Lok (Lock) tips. The improved needle (INSTAFLASH technology) improves the effectiveness of the first puncture attempt and provides quick visual feedback on correct insertion.
