Description
3M Steri-Strip Wound Closure Strips 6x100mm R1546 ORANGE
SteriStrip external sutures are a non-invasive method of wound closure that does not cause additional tissue damage (as with traditional sutures and staples). They connect wound edges, supporting healing, thereby reducing scarring and the risk of infection. Reinforced wound closure strips exert greater pressure on the wound compared to traditional methods and additionally protect it from contamination while allowing air exchange and water vapor release.
Applications: securing and closing wounds of various lengths, also suitable for minor cuts and surgical incisions.
